Available to motor carriers that have completed UCR registration. Provides documentation of compliance and protection against roadside inspection violations under FMCSR 367.
The certificate serves as formal documentation of active UCR registration status, providing an additional reference point for compliance verification at inspections and audits beyond the registration record itself.
Includes laminated compliance cards sized for the cab. Cards are kept in the vehicle and presented at roadside inspections as immediate tangible proof of UCR compliance status for the current registration year.
Provides insurance against UCR roadside inspection violations under FMCSR 367. Carriers with certificate documentation are better positioned at any compliance stop where UCR registration is questioned.
The certificate is issued following completion of the UCR registration and payment of the applicable annual fee. It cannot be issued to a carrier without an active registration on file for the current year.
Carriers that have not yet completed UCR registration for 2027 must do so before the certificate can be issued. The 2027 UCR application initiates the registration process. Once the registration is active and payment is confirmed, the certificate is issued.
